Teknis PPG<\/h1>\n<h2>7.1 Pengajuan Permintaan Teknis<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li><strong>User melaporkan masalah melalui:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Sistem helpdesk (portal IT kampus \/ PPG)<\/li>\n<li>Email resmi helpdesk PPG<\/li>\n<li>Telepon ke helpdesk IT (jika disediakan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saat membuat tiket, user wajib mencantumkan:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Nama, status (mahasiswa \/ dosen \/ staf)<\/li>\n<li>Lokasi (kampus \/ dari rumah)<\/li>\n<li>Deskripsi masalah secara detail<\/li>\n<li>Screenshot atau rekaman error (jika memungkinkan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>7.2 Klasifikasi &amp; Prioritas<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Tim Bantuan Teknis menerima tiket dan mengklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenis:\n<ul>\n<li>Masalah perangkat keras (laptop, komputer)<\/li>\n<li>Masalah perangkat lunak (LMS, portal)<\/li>\n<li>Masalah jaringan (Wi-Fi)<\/li>\n<li>Permintaan pelatihan \/ panduan teknis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Menentukan prioritas:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"priority high\">Prioritas Tinggi: kerusakan server, sistem PPG down, ujian daring terganggu<\/li>\n<li class=\"priority medium\">Prioritas Menengah: masalah koneksi individu, bug LMS, masalah upload tugas<\/li>\n<li class=\"priority low\">Prioritas Rendah: permintaan pelatihan, pertanyaan penggunaan dasar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>7.3 Respon Awal dan Penanganan<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Saat tiket masuk, tim IT memberikan <strong>konfirmasi penerimaan tiket<\/strong> ke user dalam waktu maksimal <strong>1 hari kerja<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Lakukan <strong>diagnosis awal<\/strong>: minta detail tambahan jika diperlukan, coba replikasi masalah.<\/li>\n<li>Jika masalah bisa diselesaikan jarak jauh (remote), tim memberikan panduan solusi (webinar, chat, email) atau mengambil alih remote (jika disetujui).<\/li>\n<li>Bila perlu perbaikan fisik (hardware), tim mengatur penjadwalan perbaikan di lab komputer kampus atau unit IT.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>7.4 Penyelesaian &amp; Penutupan Tiket<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Setelah solusi diimplementasikan, tim konfirmasi dengan user apakah masalah sudah teratasi.<\/li>\n<li>User memberikan feedback: <strong>\u201cMasalah selesai\u201d<\/strong> atau <strong>\u201cmasih ada kendala\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>7.5 Pemantauan &amp; Pelaporan<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Tim Bantuan Teknis secara rutin (misalnya bulanan) merangkum laporan tiket: jumlah tiket, jenis masalah, waktu penyelesaian, rasio kepuasan user.<\/li>\n<li>Laporan disampaikan ke Koordinator PPG dan Kepala Unit IT.<\/li>\n<li>Berdasarkan laporan, dilakukan analisis tren masalah dan perbaikan sistem (misal: upgrade server, pelatihan
